Early Bird Taekwondo
Start the School Day with Focus, Movement, and Confidence
Early Bird TKD is a light-intensity Taekwondo class designed to help students begin the school day in a positive way.
Students start the morning with movement, stretching, balance, breathing, focus routines, and age-appropriate Taekwondo fundamentals.
The goal is not to tire students out before school. The goal is to help them feel awake, focused, confident, and ready for the day.
